Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on prescription medications, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and patient safety guidelines. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a faulty or incorrectly supplied product.
Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the clinical assessment has been completed.
